Got Clothes to Sell? Nuuyuu Has a Booth for That

Small Business Highlight · Consignment Shop · Kerrytown · October 1, 2026

Mackenzie has a passion for good secondhand clothes. So she started Nuuyuu Collective, a consignment and thrift booth shop on the second floor of Kerrytown Market & Shops. Her goal is to build a community of thrifty people and give more folks the chance to share their finds.

Here's how it works. You rent a booth for one week for $35. Nuuyuu gives you the hangers, shelves, racks, and tags. You pick the items and set the prices. Then you leave, and they handle the selling and staffing.

Each booth fits about 40 hanging items, plus an overstock bin for 15 to 20 folded pieces. Staff can restock from your bin throughout the week, or you can bring in new pieces any time. When the week ends, you take home 65% of your sales and Nuuyuu keeps 35%. You can also send your 65% to a local charity, and they'll donate your leftover items if you ask.

They take gently used women's, men's, and kids' clothes, plus shoes and accessories.

Find Nuuyuu at 407 N. 5th Ave., up on the second floor of Kerrytown Market & Shops next to the elevator. Hours are Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sellers set up Saturdays from 8 to 9 a.m. and take down Fridays from 4 to 6 p.m. Can't make takedown? Pay $10, and they'll pack up and hold your unsold items for up to three days.

Insider tip: Sellers set up new booths Saturday morning before the shop opens, making Saturday a good time to see what's new on the racks.

Hitting the farmers market next door this Saturday? Walk upstairs after. Or clean out your closet and book a booth of your own.
