Main Street Ann Arbor
🎵 Down On Main Street: On Saturday, September 27, Zach Bryan and John Mayer will headline the first ever concert at the Big House. To set the scene, downtown Ann Arbor is putting on a free, one-night music festival the night before. Appropriately named (and featuring a nice Bob Seger nod) Down On Main Street, will be a 4-10 p.m. street party featuring Michigan Rattlers, Louie Lee, Audrey Ray, and The Minor Pieces.

💨 Air Quality Map: Fed by 10 solar-powered monitors around the city, Ann Arbor has launched a live air quality map. The monitors measure fine particulate matter (PM2.5) and nitrogen dioxide, two of the most common air pollutants. Locals can sign up for email alerts when the AQI ever reaches unhealthy levels.

ESG Architecture and Design
🎺 The Dean: Last week, Developers unveiled new renderings for The Dean, a proposed 14-story apartment tower along Madison between Fourth and Fifth, overlooking U of M’s marching band practice field. The development is seeking city rezoning and site-plan approval for a downtown-style build that would replace older rental houses with 182 apartments (10 studios, 11 one-bedrooms, 31 two-bedrooms, and 130 with three or more bedrooms).
